Getting Schedule That Post ready…
These instructions apply to the dedicated Schedule That Post Facebook app.
In Facebook settings, open Business integrations, select Schedule That Post and remove it. This revokes the app's access to your authorised Pages. You can also contact us if you need help disconnecting the service.
Email hello@schedulethatpost.com from the email address used for your account with the subject “Facebook data deletion”. Include your business name and Facebook Page link or ID. Say whether you want only the Facebook connection data removed or your whole Schedule That Post account deleted.
Do not include your Facebook password, access tokens or payment details. We may ask for additional information needed to verify ownership of the account.
After verifying your request, we remove the relevant connection credentials and delete or anonymise personal data that is no longer needed. We confirm the result and explain any records that must be retained for legal, accounting or security reasons. Removing the connection stops Schedule That Post from using it to publish scheduled posts.
Previously published posts remain on Facebook unless you remove them there. Revoking an app in Facebook alone does not delete every record held by Schedule That Post, so please email us if you also want stored service data deleted.
Schedule That Post is operated by StationCortex Ltd, company number 17446658.
