Getting Schedule That Post ready…
Effective 13 October 2026
This policy covers Schedule That Post at schedulethatpost.com, including its dedicated Facebook app. Schedule That Post is operated by StationCortex Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17446658. Contact hello@schedulethatpost.com with privacy questions.
We use your name, email address, account identifiers, business workspace membership, subscription and payment status, support messages and service security records. You may provide business details, event information, calendar feeds, post text, images and scheduling preferences.
Connecting Facebook is optional. Facebook may provide your profile name, profile picture and app account identifier. For the Pages you authorise, we use Page identifiers, names, links and access tokens. Tokens are stored encrypted on our server and used to access the authorised Page. Each connection belongs to a business workspace, and workspace access is checked before a connection can be created or changed.
We request permission to show the Pages you manage, read Page content and create or manage Page posts. We use these permissions to connect the Page you choose, show relevant Page information and publish or manage the posts you request. Authorising the app does not give us access to your Facebook password.
We use information to provide accounts, plan and publish content, manage billing, support customers, investigate errors and protect the service. Our lawful bases include performing our agreement with you, meeting legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service. Where consent is required for optional marketing or cookies, we request it separately.
For account administration and our own service records, StationCortex Ltd acts as controller. When we process business content on your instructions, your business normally controls that content and we act as processor. You are responsible for having permission to upload personal information and images about other people.
We use service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, payments, email and support. Facebook receives the posts and media you ask us to publish. If you request an AI drafting or image feature, the information needed for that feature may be sent to its AI provider. We do not sell your Facebook connection data. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or to professional advisers where necessary.
Some providers process information outside the UK. Where required, appropriate international transfer safeguards apply.
We retain information while it is needed to provide your account and requested functions. We also consider outstanding support requests, legal and accounting obligations, security investigations and disputes. Facebook connection tokens are needed while the connection is active. Removing an app in Facebook revokes its access but does not by itself delete every service record stored here.
We restrict access to business workspaces and protect stored Page tokens with encryption. Please protect your login credentials and review the Pages and permissions you authorise.
You can revoke the connection through Facebook Business integrations. To request deletion of your Facebook connection data or Schedule That Post account, email hello@schedulethatpost.com from your account email address. Include your business name and Page link or ID so we can identify the correct records. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
We verify the request, remove connection credentials and delete or anonymise associated personal data that is no longer needed. We explain any information that must be retained for legal, accounting or security reasons. Posts already published on Facebook remain on Facebook unless you remove them there. See the full data deletion instructions.
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Email hello@schedulethatpost.com to make a request. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Essential cookies support sign in and security. Optional cookies are controlled through the site's cookie settings. We update this policy when the service or its processing changes and publish the effective date here.
